Poor HMs strike it unlucky

DOZY housemates face a week on basic grub after they missed a cameo from Michael Barrymore.
The controversy-hit star was hoisted above the garden for contestants to photograph.

But despite his frantic gesturing, the gang failed to spot the presenter.

Dim Michelle saw Barrymore’s outline – but dismissed it as unimportant.

She said: "Something's moving. But it's obviously not a celebrity."

Terry later rubbished claims that Barrymore even appeared: "I don't believe no Barrymore appeared over no wall," he said.

Ulrika felt sorry for the shamed former Strike It Lucky presenter, adding: "He must think 'they really hate me'."

The star gaggle must now live on £1 per person per day.

Coolio was optimistic: "Ten of us can still eat on £10 a day.

"We've got a bit of food left over, plus we've been eating too much anyway."

Mutya was less impressed.

"We've been stripped of everything," she fumed.

Terry, Verne and Coolio then plotted a booze protest against Big Brother, saying they would be silent until given alcohol.

After a valiant but unsuccessful attempt in the diary room, they went to bed.
