I've been meaning to ask you - what did you eat/what excersises do you do to lose that weight? My mum's put me on a healthy eating scheme and I'm going to walk the dog for an hour a day - I'm not allowed to crash diet any more and I'm being monitered as I either eat faaar too much or faaar too little

Basically, since October I cut out all fatty food's... right, not like "okay thats me done with them" I did have a Cheeseburger and Fries and McDonalds like twice from October-January.
I swapped Crisps with Carrot Sticks.
Fizzy pop (except irn-bru) with Water and fruit juices.
I walked to work everyday, and home. (unless it was raining bad or freezing cold)
I went for a run around the woods behind my house every Sunday morning for 1 hour 30 minutes.
That's it basically... and also stopped snacking, gave up chocolate and ate loads and loads of Brocolli and New Potatoes haha.

Ahhh coool yeah that's pretty much what I'm doing! I've lost 2lbs in 3 days anyway (though I ate like 6 pieces of cake and 6 biscuits today but shhh)
I'm stopping fizzy drinks next week - but I've drunk sooo much more water, been having my five a day EVERY day, it makes me feel so much better.
However, my diet lasts until the 5th April, where we're rewriting it depending on how much weight I lose and how I feel.
I'm planning to have lost 2stone7 by December, anyway, so then I can be in the "healthy" weight range, according to BMI - mine was normal when I was an obsessive dieter, and 32 now :O. which is so dangerous, I feel I HAVE to do something.
