Friends that say they\'ll do something, then don\'t?

Right as ye know I'm going to see Pussycat Dolls, Ne-Yo and Lady GaGa... anyway my friend Vicky and me were talking about it last Tuesday and we were going to book it when I asked my boss if I could do a 8-4 shift at work instead of my 11-8 (because it starts at 7) anyway... I asked him and he said I could, so I texted her and said "you can book the tickets now!" and she didn't text back... anyway, I spoke to her on msn then last night and said "did you book them?" and she goes "ohh no, I'll do it now!!" and an hour after that I said "so do you have them?" and she was ignoring me... but I checked Facebook and she was talking on there.

So I took it upon myself to book the tickets and I did and I invited my friend Yasmin to come. Yasmin was meant to go to see McFly with Vicky like last November but again Vicky "forgot" to book them, so they didn't end up going.

Like I was saying, I booked the tickets and I ordered them and I have to collect them... but then our friend Sammy popped up and she asked me who I was going to see PCD with and I said "Yasmin :D" and then she went "Oh cooool sorted." then Vicky popped up and went "thanks for coming with me :|" and I was like "you didnt get tickets? I had to book them before they were sold out dude" and her lame excuse was "but I fell asleep last night, you could of rang me or something....."

I don't think I was wrong, she didn't even book them and she had all flipping day. I'm in work all day and I still have time to book them. Now she's in a proper mood with me... ah well.

Whenever I hear the name Vicky now I think of an agressive chav with rat tails, so she certainly dont seem perfect.

You were in the right.. if it's not the first time she's 'forgot' (btw, she missed out.. the McFly tour was awesome ) you had reason to doubt her aswell.

Plus, it's not like you haven't mithered her to book them, blatantly she doesn't care about letting people down, so inviting another friend to come along was totally in the right.

Sometimes you have to just give up asking others and do it yourself :3

Jesus,if she cared that much she would not fallen asleep or whatever her excuse was. If someone did that to me with TT tickets I wouldn't forgive them! You were definitely in the right.
