Weightlifting accidents, Sucide Grip..
Just thought id post a vid that made me laugh a few months ago and just saw it again.
Suicide grip just means not putting your thumbs round the bar as you lift... Here why you shouldn't do it at heavy weight. And a general montage of weightlifing accidents. Starts with the clip form the first vid. Im bored btw, and i know this forum doesnt really care for wieghtlifting lol. |
Oh god those must've hurt.
The 2nd one was someone's avatar a few months ago. I want to say Gazbo, but I'm not sure if that's right. |
hahaha! What dim wit's...
|
Did it land on his neck?
|

Helps your concentration or somthing, because when your gripping it and its hard usually you grip really tightly and your using extra energy to do it like this your hnds are open.
