but once that has been established and the "joke" isnt being taken as a joke, then it should stop. The fact it didnt and he continued (not just with Michelle dont forget) to upset someone means its harassment which is a form of bullying.

use of racial words..... something Endemol said in no uncertain terms after Emily, that there is NO tolerance towards using that word, threatening behaviour and implied violence, and harassing, along with touching people when asked not to.
