I\'m so annoyed!!
 

Okay, I went to sign into my old MSN which is the email I use for my iTunes, PayPal, Play.com, Ticketmaster etc. All stuff I pay with. Anyway, I tried to sign into MSN and it said my password was wrong... I was like wtf? So anyway I remembered my alternate email and it sent me a pass reset thing and I done that.

Well... I go to check all the things, iTunes fine... Play.com fine... I check my Ticketmaster and it says the email I have is wrong but I know it's right because that's what I use for them all... :/ and when it says 'forgot password?' it asks for the email... so I put it in and it says "sorry we don't have this email on our database blahblah" I'm so ****ing annoyed and worried now because I know my MSN was hacked, by who I don't know but I just recently bought Pussycat Dolls tickets and now I can't find the confirmation number that I NEED when I go and get my tickets. Honestly I'm so ****ing pissed off right now I should of been in bed at 2 and I'm still up now wondering what the hell to do?

I'm gonna go mad now. I don't know why I'm posting this now, you're all in bed but I feel like crying :|

I'm trying to think if I phone ticketmaster and give them the email I signed up with and my card details I used... the email wont show up because it's been changed!

Are you sure when you signed up with your MSN address that you didn't enter an alternate email address? I'm not sure if that's how MSN email accounts work but Gmail accounts do that.

I did enter an alternate one, thats how I got my email back. Ticketmaster I dont know what I'm going to do.....

It says the email which I signed up with, isn't registered... but it is lmao.

Right. SOME good news, I've found my order number (I saved it, thank god) and my tickets are still there.

There's only one thing I'm worried about now though and that's if whoever hacked my msn, obviously changed my ticketmaster password and email - will they be able to buy tickets using my card? :l

Possibly I think, It might be a good idea to cancel the membership and create a new one.

You can't cancel with ticketmaster.

I'm on the phone to some guy on their customer services now.

glad you sorted it might be worth letting your bank now so that they can keep a eye out for anything out of norm just as a precaution if they got into your ticketmaster account
