Boss?! What happened to everyone is equal and has equal say in what happens? It's flew out the window and has yet to be seen. TiBB Radio is great. Love all the shows, however imo you need to be more calm about it. Oh and it is your fault it crashed. Kate said lets do it over msn and you said it would take to long. wrong. it took half the time then that stupid site did. Kate told you her computer crashed and all you did was tell her to try again.

As to be honest, I have to have some say, as I have to make the shows for everyone.

For example, if Hannah wanted to play all trance music, I would have to stop her - this wouldn't appeal to most. If Annie wanted to talk about her work buddies, I would have to stop her, as most wouldn't understand. Therefore, you and Kate had to be told not to just talk about people you knew, as after a while it would tire.

Although it might not of seemed that way, I am trying to create a Radio station for the the forum - not just the hosts.

The reasons I set deadlines for the recordings to be sent in was to insure that the radio ran smoothly, and for the 2nd time you and Kate didn't meet the deadline - despite a one day extension, which allowed no time for editing.

Finally, all other hosts have succesfully used the sites to send, as it takes around 20 minutes, not the 4 hours (No exageration) it took using MSN Messenger.

Feel free to U2U any other issues, else its best to keep this on topic.

Lies. You said to me when i first joined that i would have equal say in what was played and stuff but forget it. it's a no win situation with you your always going to come up with more *******. Oh and another thing, you still haven't answered my question, why did you have to be so obessive and bossy about it?!! It was accually borderline insaine seriously. Fair enoguh you want to create a radio station for the forum but ******* me it was so much more stressful than first thought. But what is done is done. Good luck with it. In your show you never had any control over who controlled the music - people requested songs. So that means I didnt have any control either - another invalid argument by Loukas.

And why did I have to be so bossy - Simply because you failed to commit to it, take it seriously and meet the deadlines set. I was constantly having to chase you up for the smallest things, even pictures. When you commited to hosting a show you commited to meeting deadlines and being responsible - which you didnt stay commited to.
