Ive been doing that recently, I found a great converter so its easy.

Be legal, support the artists and download from somewhere like iTunes. Alternatively if you want to download without paying then you could use a YouTube converter or LimeWire (be careful though because it can give your computer virus').

It bugs me when people say support the artists, they dont need it. They get millions as it is, if it was a smaller band, like a local band I would love to pay. But I am not paying millionaires for their music.

I only use iTunes because I think it looks ugly if I don't have the proper cover. Also because of the high sound quality.

Just google YT Downloader, then download it an it had the song converted it 3 minutes!

I agree 100%,also whats the point paying when you can get it free thats rediculous.Its like throwing money away.

An artist earns barely anything from CD sales, they only get rich from touring, promotions, merchandise and gigs ;D

My reasoning for downloading free?
I have a wide taste in music, I have almost 4000 songs on my ipod, and if I was to buy it all, I'd be in debt x]
The only artists I always buy though, are Christina Aguilera, John Barrowman, Sam Sparro, Lady Gaga, and any soundtrack with Zac Efron on it.
