book > movie.
the ending of the movie is done very well though, I was crying loads.

the book was much better imo it captured Brunos innocence and his naivety! the book didn't tell you much on the back so you read along seeing it the way a 9 year old would it's a fantastic book but i don't think it would feel the same reading it knowing what the book is about!!

the film was good just didn't capture it the same way the book did imo

I cried in the cinema because I knew what happened
I cried for hours after
and then I had nightmares all week...

I seen it and read the book, the story is so sad. Think I prefer the book.
