More of a request. The Simpsons Movie OST.

Does anyone know the name of the song played after Marge is gone in Alaska, where the heart shaped ice.. thingy breaks into 2 with homer floating on one? then "To be continued...immediatly" appears? I really like the song but don't know the name of it.. any help?

I think that's the Carpenters - Close To You, or I'm maybe thinking of the wrong part of the film..
