on the East Pier in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland,
as part of the town's Festival of World Cultures

Thing with these is you have to be in EXACTLY the right position. Still pretty cool tho :p

I love these.. saw them on the news the other day..

They are quality i used to love looking through pictures of these.
