I personally think its wrong that people think they need to be Size 0 to be a sucessful model!! Trya Banks did it with being really curvy, why is everyone under the impression that being skinnier makwes you more likely to succeed as a model. I mean, i was watching a bit of the Janice Dickinson thing on TMF and she said to one of her models that she was fat when she was about 10-11 stone and told her to slim down to about 7-8 stone to be a better one!!!

What do you all think about it?? People seem to be obsessed with being skinny after reading magazines and stuff like that, but I think its really unhealthy!

She wasnt exactly skinny though, well anyway, she's much better now, her curviness makes her MUCH more attractive, thats why i like her.

They do it because everyone else does because models do tend to be skinny, if one decided to become "curvy" and the others didnt i dont think they would be picked for the line up.

Either way i love skinny women but a lot of them are just way to skinny even for me.

Size 0 models are too skinny and not good role models for the public. They almost look like you could snap them in half!

Some women are just naturally very skinny anyway.

yeah I know a few people who are just naturally stick thin and they eat just like everyone else,lucky sods.

I dont swing that way buttt I don`t see how any male could find a girl with no boobs or hips or bum whatsoever attractive

A nice bum is important.

Boobs are good to have and hips i dont really care about.

But like there is skinny women that still have nic eboobs and bum

Thin people who look weird are disgusting. Anywhere between a size 8 and size 14 is good I think

But some people suit being skinny like one of my friends, shes a size 6 but you actually wouldn't know just by looking at her, shes not like shes about to snap

But starving yourself into that shape is just wrong and I've never met any male who likes that kind of thing

yeah my friend is a size 6 and she is obviously really thin but she looks healthy she doesnt look too thin at all.However I know some people who are also a size 6 and they look like there going to snap.

Nothing wrong with being like size 4 - 6 either.

My cousins 20 in a couple of month and will occasionally fit into size 4 stuff mostly 6 but shes perfectly healthy.

and doesnt starve her self infact she eats a lot lol.

Salv I agree with everything you said.

& that picture of the woman is discusting. She needs a slap if she thinks she looks good, but its all what people are told which influences them. If people say she looks amazing for her Modelling career, she will believe it and eat less and less.

All of the modelling agencies and fashion shows should ban Size 0, its not healthy at all.
