nerves and anxiety arghh!
 

Ok so I do beauty at college as some of you might know and we have to do treatments on clients,sometimes these are random people off the street who come in and we can also bring our own clients in.Well tomorrow my mam is coming in and I am so freaking nervous and anxious!idk why!ok so I get anxious with every treatment but this is like the night before and its really bad!Anyone got any constructive advice?:hug:

I'd actually be more calm knowing it's my mum. So if you mess up, it shouldn't be so much of a deal lol.

Think positive and stay cool.

that what I thought really but now its come to it Im like argh Im going to have to talk to her like a client like ,'oh and now I am going to carry out a skin analysis and continue with my brush cleanse'

It ALWAYS feels worse than it is.

It seems that its the treatments I don`t fret over which are the ones that turn out the worst lol
