Is it dangerous to hold in a wee - would anyone put themselves under that risk in the big bro house?

it can be unhealthy to hold it in. apparently it can do damage or somthing.

I think guys are a lot better at holding in then girls. Iv done a 12 hour shift once without going once lol.

I dunno. its just with all my girl mates they allways seem to need to pee lol.

yep you can do long term damage if you hold in both wee or poo for too long
