New Year Resolutions
 

I promised myself that I would give up smoking for new year and today I started again. How bad am I?

Has anyone else failed in their new year promises (if you have, it would make me feel a whole lot better)

People usually break them do not beat yourself up too much about it.

I'm dieting! So far so good but have lapsed on the no alcohol! I seem to be sliding back to a drink in the evenings!

Yes, I could probably do with losing a few pounds also.........Maybe next year lol.
