I think 'Watcha Think About That' (album version preferably) is subtly fierce, I LOVE it. 'When I Grow Up' is grungy fierce and is still fresh, one of my favourite songs when I'm out.

Feckin love 'Who's Gonna Love You', 'In Person', 'If I Was A Man' and 'Don't Wanna Fall In Love'.

Doll Domination is love.

I never got the hype over this song.
IMO:

Magic > Halo > WIGU > IHTP > WTAT > BP > HNA > Elevator.

The whole album's good though, there's only a few songs I dislike.
