Where do you get good scratch effects from?

I don't make banners and I know this one.

You get them off of Google Images etc.

Your save them to a file and place over the banner. Then set the transparency.

Look on devaintART :)

Could you also explain to me how to put Colourings over a picture, so that it looks more Colourful, like in Hugo's banner icons, Make the red, look a beter Red? If you get what i mean?

Fill in the layer, say red.

Then press screen/lighten on them :)

Then just play around with the effects and stuff :)

How do you use paint shop pro ?
I can't blend images or add other pictures to my banner thing :bawling:

We already have a graphics help thread.

I think il try to get back into my banner making. I havent been at it in 4 months !
