I do beleive you, but 1 thing. Patrick Watson has only designed the house since BB6, BB4 & 5 had Marcus Blee, unless you mean the same design team has been behind the house since BB3, but just the head designer has changed since then?

To be honest, it seems like the most realistic info we have heard. The launch date that you said about it being kiley on the 4th or 5th is a much more sensible date then the other 2 that newspapers have revealed.
