Hong Kong hotel room \'lockdown\'
 

More than 300 guests at the Metropark hotel in Hong Kong have been banned from leaving after a guest became ill with swine flu.

Eddie Sweeney and his wife, from Buckinghamshire, are in the hotel under quarantine after arriving in Hong Kong on Friday for two night stop-over.

Mr Sweeney says he is confined to the hotel room, apart from collecting meals, and will be required to stay until May 8th.

Well, thats messed up! Wouldnt they risk contacting the disease by staying?
Why cant they just test them and let them go? Or at least move them somewhere else? thats kind of stupid.
