I don't see why not - but they should make them harder to get. If I remember correctly they were quite cheap.

I liked the 'special prizes'. Especially when Rex spent the entire weeks budget on them, that was classic, and when the rest of the HM's found out. Brilliant.

But the tokens were a bit lame.
