BBLB - what time?
 

Until recently BBLB aired at 7.30, until it was changed to 6pm. What time would you like to see BBLB at?

At 6 I won't be home from work (but can catch it on E4+1). 7.30 leaves only an hour till the HL show which isn't long enough to do much else (other than post messages on the forums!).

On the Applause Store I'm sure it says BBLB on Channel 4..
If its moving to Channel 4 that could suggest it being on at about 6, if they dropped The Simpsons?

Totally forgot about it moving to Channel 4, wonder what slot is free?

That's just a misprint - Applause Store said the same thing last year.

(It could have potentially gone in the 5.30pm slot though, like during BB6, but C4 have now confirmed The Coach Trip and Come Dine with Me for the 5pm hour from May 25th.)


7.30pm is best, with 6pm back to live streaming preferbly. However, one advantage of the 6pm slot was they could extend the show when required - and indeed some of those hour-long editions were rather good last year.

I'm confused this year as if it's at six it'll clash with Eggheads and if it's at half seven it'll clash with EastEnders :laugh2:

I used to like it at 6, Only The simpsons is worth watching at that time whilst if bblb is on at 7.30 there is Eastenders, Corrie and other things that I would prefer to watch rather than bblb.

I would like to see it on at 7pm but that would mean Hollyoaks first look would have to move

they used to drop the simpsons during the bb season

No they didn't. Once C4 got the rights BBLB played second fiddle, first moving to 11.05pm during CBB3, then 5.30pm during BB6, then 8.00am during CBB4, and then back to E4 during BB7.

my gut would be to say 7.30, and tbh i probably will stick by that. 6pm clashes with a lot of other high profile shows IIRC (yes 7.30 has the soaps but its a dfferent audince so).

how about 8:30pm
just before the 9pm show. kinda like a build up to the main show every night.
