Arab in the Big Brother house
Why have there never been any Arab or Middle-Eastern people in the Big Brother house?
There's quite a lot of Arabs in our country, so why have the producers not chosen any? |
Ahmed in BB5?
Alexandra BB9? Mohamed BB9? All Muslim/Arab housemates.. |
Because most of them don't have a visa.
Kidding. |

They're Muslim. There's a difference between the two. One is a religion, the other is not. |
And the guy in Teen BB who walked out.
Becki? Sezer?!? Kemal? Ok, Turks are not Arabs. |
Maybe the ones who auditioned didn't have the personality to make it into the house.

I wonder if they would put someone with a Turban in the Big Brother house? |
Maybe there hasnt been a lot of them audition.
|
Becki was actually Moroccan by birth.

But no Arabs... I wonder why. |
Quote:
Maybe the arabs who have auditioned didn't have the desired personality the producers were looking for. Just because someone is a minority doesn't mean they deserve a place in the house over people who have what producers are looking for |

Ahmed came from Somalia which is an Arab nation
|
Mohamed was from Sudan, thats an Arab country isn't it?

And Somalians hate Arabs! :eureka: |
Seems like your making others out to be slightly racist here and the big brother producers.
They will have their reason as in generally they aren't what they are looking for. Is it really problem they will put people in on their terms. |
Somalia is arab.

It's not about being racist, but just a conscious thing in the back of their minds to avoid any sort of controversial issue. |

just because they haven't been chosen...
their personality hasnt been right or whatever. Saying that isnt saying they all have poor personalities just that BB obviously hasnt had one that has been desired. That's like saying there hasnt been a south african, an american, a brazillian, a russian... it doesnt really matter they just get whoever is good to go in there. Although that last sentence is questionable... people like Rachel, Alex and Dennis were they really worthy housemates?? |

I meant the culture of being an Arab. |

No Americans, but Canadian Richard is pretty close. How many Russians do you know that are living in the UK? Far less than Arabs. Like-wise for Brazilians. |
