Tuna Water.

Any one want some?

Tin of tuna put in the blender. 400ml of water.

Mix it up, perfect smoothie!

Okay its actually pretty horrible.

John. 20-05-2009 12:51 PM

why would you eve try that? :yuk:

30stone 20-05-2009 12:54 PM

Because i couldnt be bothered to mix it with somthing or use a fork to eat it as a drink it makes it easier.

YummY!

Least i don't get dry mouth when i drink it lol, since usually eating a can on its own leaves my mouth dry.

Should give it a go its not that bad.

Sunflower oil is earths greatest guilty pleasure. I makes Tuna rolls without draining out the oil. Just drown the roll into a big, soggy fat filled mess of fun. Anything you touch for the next four hours will smell like fish but hey, it is the price you pay.

Lol i have to drain that water it tastes horrible i just put tap water into the blender.

Much heathier than a milkshake or a banana fruit smoothie!

Tom 20-05-2009 01:03 PM

Tuna juice in the tin is disgusting, I hate having to drain a tin it gets everywhere :yuk:

30stone 20-05-2009 01:05 PM

Yeh does doesn't it lol, i just do it in the sink is usually fine.

Next time i might mix couple of egg whites into it,

make it even tastier.

I have an irrational fear of tuna tins so I get somebody else to handle my product anyway. Bad early teen experience. You would be very surprised just how far into the flesh a tin of tuna can cut. Should be considered a deadly weapon.

John. 20-05-2009 01:10 PM

Brine is the word for the water in the tin. it's supposed to be drained... it's just salty water to keep the tuna fresh! EWW!

pinkmichk 20-05-2009 01:20 PM

Z 20-05-2009 04:42 PM

30stone 20-05-2009 04:43 PM
