I have a sore throat
 

Yesterday i had a little sore throat
today i woke up and it hurt so much i wasn't in the mood to speak
not to mention i have a headache , hmm i think i'm coming down with something ... :bawling:

I had a cold and sore throat all last week :bored:
I think its going away now though =D

Have a big spoon of honey and a honey and lemon drink with ginger in :) cough mixture is a waste of money because it's a placebo

Cold liquidy foods like Yoghurts and Ice Creams are your friends. Treat them kindly. I always find they help with a bad throat.

Is that ground ginger or crystallised ginger

I use ground Cinnamon

fresh is best
