I wouldnt call an average of 700,000 on E4 a fail really.

It didn't do the brand any favours
At the time it was a success for E4 but in the long term it is an expected failure which damaged Big Brother

700k average isnt great

I loved Hijak.
I thought it was brilliant, they had real celebirites on it, like well known ones & everyone was in there because they were talented, I think they could have shown it on channel 4.

It was complete **** what do you expect when Jade Goody ruins BB and the Year after was followed by the worst series (bb8)

It was never going to be a success.

BB9 Made up for CBB5,BB8 And BBCH.

i didnt like it either.

It was just pathetic & awfull.

I enjoyed the hijack series. It should have been on channel 4. Not just e4.

Yes I have just realized this was one of big reasons that media coverage on the papers was poor. I had been wondering about it at that time.

Lol. It was a good series but the final was a bit poo! Dermot going into the house.. it should have been a big evicition thing.. in 5th place is... then they are voted out.. booed or cheered and have the interview, but nevermind, this was the only downfall.

It was a success, it got loads of viewers for E4
