Im REALLY cautious of my weight like.

Ive already lost 5 stone, and im happy, but i still have a but of flubber on my belly, and am still kinda big.

Im 6ft1 and 12stone 8 - 12stone11.

Would you class his as fat/overweight?

Help would be good.

Sh*t dude? My cousin (she's 14) was 5 stone, and was diagnosed with anorexia. Maybe you just have a really high metabolism but you need to make sure you are eating properly.

Thank god. And I wouldn't say 7 is underweight for your age. I'm about 9st I think and I'm nearly 16. also 5ft11 I think.
