The newly single babe was spotted heading to Hell's Kitchen for a much-needed meal on Friday.

The star - whose 21-month romance with footballer Jonathan Woodgate ended last month - looked skinnier than ever at the temporary eaterie in East London.

Kate flirted with chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, but was miffed when he asked her, "And what do you do?"

Just a couple of nights before, lovelorn Kate had a drunken bust-up with Girls Aloud's Kimberley Walsh in London's Pangaea nightclub. Security were called when Kate wouldn't leave Kimberley and her on-off lover, footballer Martin Pemberton, alone.
