Heidi Montag album released ??

i was lookin at Heidi's releases on last.fm today and i saw all the single but , i also found THIS :
www.last.fm/music/Heidi+Montag/Heidi

is this her official album ? has she finally released one after like 2 years of messing around ? have any of you seen it in stores and why is it available to buy on Amazon ?
