I was looking through the Sky TV Guide (Using the +24 Hour Yellow Button Thing) So on 07/06 there will be a live show at 10:00, it says:

'Davina McCall Hosts a special show direct from the house as Big Brother reveals some surprises that could send shockwaves through the house'
