If you mean the one "info about tomorrows launch", Channel 4 released it with an Embargo at midnight... so it's not allowed to be posted until then :thumbs:

I realise now that the message I got sent there did not come from Channel 4. :conf2:

It may still have been a genuine press release.

Im guessing it was true then if it was taken off.

It's a genuine press release James I have a copy of it from Nicola Wilkinson (channel 4).

But why did they released that before launch ? That never happened before. :shocked:

To drum up publicity I suspect.

It was released in place of the housemate tidbits that they usually send out around now (hence the bit about the age range at the end).

As I said though, it's 100% genuine but not meant to be posted till midnight.

I assume someone mis-read it and wasn't breaking it deliberately.

Though it does state pretty clearly not to release it till tonight.

Is it on the C4 Press site?

Might be, not sure. I didn't get it from the press site, I was sent it by Channel 4 as I'm on the press mailing list for the show.

So stuff will be revealed at midnight? idk if to stay up and nothing's released. It's a school night:/

8 men and 8 women will enter on launch night but they will not enter the 'real' house. They have to earn their places as housemates over the next three days. They will live in the empty living area and only have access to a toilet and an outside bath, which they have to fill with cold water via a bucket (which has a hole in it).

Over the three days they will be given tasks to earn their places as real housemates. On Sunday those who become housemates will enter the real house.

I wouldn't say great, but it's exactly the sort of thing which would play out best live. It's just going to fail big time - all because C4 are too stubborn to admit they're wrong over the live feed.
