im not sure on this two story/two houses idea!

id be happier if they stuck with the one house 12 h/ms and a lot of twists and mybe throw in a extra h/m in the middle of the series!

but then agian , i say thsi now ! but if it does happen ill prob;y love it !!

Dont diss it until you have seen it.

I think it is a fantastic new twist to the show and we dont even know the full details yet.

** 2 days till full ads launch **
** 16 days until bb6 **

I like the 2 houses and with 6 housemates in each equaling 12 housemates

Kore 11-05-2005 11:42 AM

i think its a good idea, gets me more exited! :spin2:

BigSister 11-05-2005 11:50 AM

I think it will be one above each other like upstairs and downstairs

Kore 11-05-2005 11:52 AM

i think there will be 7 downstairs and 7 upstairs, equalling 14 housemates.

BigSister 11-05-2005 11:53 AM

Maybe there will be 10 each

Kore 11-05-2005 11:53 AM

hopefully:laugh:

The idea of dividing 12 or 14 housemates into two houses is as dafft as the failed house divide of BB3. Fewer housemates together that are out of sight from each other will mean fewer reactions, less getting to know each other inside out and less dynamics for the viewer. Once again I only hope this is a story that is not true..Roll on BB7.

omg your writing it off before it has even begun!! Bloody hell!

Have to agree with you, bananarama ........ BB3 was my least favourite series because of the obvious divide created between the housemates by those awful bars.

Girlofthemoment 12-05-2005 01:01 AM

Maybe its just a ploy to get more money for the streaming cams???

Kore 12-05-2005 02:13 AM

oh no girlofthe, you dont like nadia aswell do you?

shes the worst housemate in the history of the show

Kore 12-05-2005 02:15 AM

and bb3 was my favourite, i cant see any problem with this upstairs/downstairs thing, lets give us a change, give it a chance.. u never know what could happen. i personally cannot wait till the show, this could be the best one yet..

A two-storey house could be a good thing at the beginning - it helps us to work out who is who, and gives less opportunity for quiet housemates to "fly under the radar".

But I would hope that after the first couple of weeks, everyone would be together.

I prefer this idea more than housemates going in late - I think they should have a new rule this year that no housemate will be replaced if someone leaves.

bananarama 12-05-2005 03:52 PM

The two tier house would only be a good thing if they intended to put two sets of 12 people and let the viewers decide which the final 12 would be...First impressions are important to a show like BB and seperating them into two parts of the house would play havoc with first impressions...

See how boring celeb BB gets because there are to few in number. See how BB normally slows down in the closing weeks because there are fewer people left...Dividing the group in any way just defies the original concept of BB...

kaphc 13-05-2005 11:45 AM

BB does slow down in the last few weeks, but it can also be too mad in the first few weeks when there is so much going on that's it's hard to work out what's happening. In the first couple of weeks, all we seem to hear Marcus Bentley narrating is: "Jo, Jill, Jess, Joss and Jack are in the spa. Miriam, Mo, Michael and Miffy are in the living room. Sadie and Simon are preparing a vegetarian lasagne in the kitchen area". This has to happen to give a bit of clarity to what's going on!

Perhaps in two houses it would be easier to follow in the first couple of weeks - BUT ONLY IF they have a dual camera option on Freeview, cable and Sky on E4.

BigSister 13-05-2005 12:52 PM

Yeah we need 2 camera options on live streaming Kaphc

Kore 13-05-2005 12:54 PM

pressing the red button on Sky will do that :D

< looks like a dancing red button..lol

BigSister 13-05-2005 12:58 PM

lol last year only 1 camera was used though
