Ok she hasn't got tourette's but everything seems in place for her to be a big character and she loks a bit like him with the hair and stuff, am i wrong?

Apart from the hair? I dont see anything. Pete was shy and stuff. She seems more outgoing. SHe reminds me a lot of Tracy though! Thats for sure.
