Independent Graphics section ? [back us up]
 

I was just thinking that it would be alot nicer to have a Graphics section in its own right, with the amount of request threads running and others such as; the custom themes/show off your graphics threads; id say it was more active than Sport or Films/Games sections for example and deserves its own space? Correct me if im wrong.

I asked a while ago, and Mark (or maybe James) said that it wasn't like a major part of the site - but imo, nearly everyone wants a banner or something, so they post in the wrong place asking for where to get one :)

The only thing more active than the Sports section is the BB10 section.

Graphics is a big part of the forum. Its the forum i am most active in.

I don't really post graphics but I am interested in graphics so I'd like it if everything was a bit more 'sorted' out, because I'm not really bothered about the Big Brother icons, but I am interested in things like TV design graphics etc.

The sub-forum is fine, I don't really think anything more is needed.

There's only 3 or 4 active threads in there nowadays.

I don't quite understand the request. :S There is already a Graphics and BB Designs section, yeah?

Just now its a small link under general interests. We would like it to be clearer and bumped up to be on the main board under its own icon. Then mabe people would stop randomly going into BB designs and making a request for thier own banner. Its just that loads of us use the graphics section and we feel it should be up there with sports, tv/film. Thats all.
Also as Nicky said, everyone's always wanting a banner.

I think it should be brought out of 'General interests' and into the main forum, under Sport. oh and BTW david is right about the Sports section being 2nd most active forum after BB10 (even though his post was 3 months ago).

jayson, it doesnt matter how many threads there are, it matters how many posts there are, and its certainly more active than the films & video games section.

I know, that place is like a dead-zone. lol

All im asking is that it is at least considered. But it would be great if it could happen.

I think it would be a pointless exercise tbh, everyone knows where it is already and those who want to use it do

No offence to anyone but the graphics section here atm is in a right mess, it gives me a headache, i dont think i have ever seen one so disorganised before :laugh3::blush2:

Yeah I think a graphics section should be made.

Take BB Designs off and put it as a sub-forum in Graphics.
