They both have been picking on Sree and Freddie a lot but little has been said of it on this forum.

supposly they rubbed their privates over Sree's bed and marcus was right rude to sree when he came out of the diary room.

No, they aren't bullies, and they didn't rub thier privates over Srees bed, they took Freddies matress, and Marcus asked Sree if BB told him a bedtime story, they're not exactly backing them into a corner.

Cairon spends a lot of time with Siavash so might be ok but Marcus and lisa are close to bullying inn their aggressive and arrogant attitudes!
