As much as i read, she left because Sophia called her borring, and she thinks maybe thats how she is seen on the outside world.

my guess

she thought she was in with Kris, got jealous of him and Dogface, had a another row with Sophia, had a get out clause of missing her kids (maybe she was) but those other things pushed her over the edge

i expect she was already missing her kids and the argument probably tipped her to the point where she thought thats it im going.
