Gladiators TV presenter Caroline, 29, has a string of famous exes including Russell Brand. She had several dates with Jack and they shared bathtime frolics at his Los Angeles home.
A pal said: "Jack was smitten but for Caroline it was all about who he was, not because she particularly liked him. She described the hot tub romp as 'nothing more than kisses and boobs'. But she always goes for big names, and it looks like she's hit the jackpot with Prince Harry."
Caroline, who Prince Harry whisked into Clarence House in the early hours of last Sunday, boasts a list of romantic conquests like a showbiz Who's Who.

And last night it emerged the Gladiators frontwoman first set her sights on Harry FOUR YEARS AGO. A friend told us: "It's taken her a while but she finally wangled her way in!"
Party-loving Caroline's string of celebrity dates and lovers includes DEC DONNELLY, RUSSELL BRAND, Mighty Boosh star NOEL FIELDING, TV presenter STEVE JONES, Radio 1 DJ COLIN MURRAY and MTV's ALEX ZANE.
And the girl who enjoyed a night partying in London's West End with the prince last weekend before being led into his private suite at 4am has also bragged about romancing ROBBIE WILLIAMS then switching to his close pal actor MAX BEESLEY.

The suits at the palace will also be worried by ex-comprehensive girl Caroline's love of all-night drinks benders, steamy girl-on-girl clinches and sexy party poses for the camera.
She's a regular at the notorious Hawley Arms pub in North London-a favourite haunt of drug-addled rockers Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty.
A pal of Caroline's revealed: "She's never been short of celebrity admirers. Jack Osbourne was completely smitten.
"They went on several dates even though Caroline said she hated his mum Sharon because she used to refer to her as a 'little girl'.
"Whenever Jack was in London he'd phone Caroline and ask her out. She always said yes. He invited Caroline to a major party for his parents where she had pride of place, sitting at the top table next to his dad Ozzy.
"But her friendship with Jack was all about who they were and not because she particularly liked him.
"However when Jack invited her to come and stay at his home in Los Angeles she had her romp with Jack and another girl in his hot tub.
"Caroline described it as 'nothing more than kisses and boobs'-but makes no secret of the fact that she has experimented sexually with women too.
"She admits she likes to kiss and touch other girls but always insists she'd 'never go below the waist'. She's very friendly with a girl TV presenter and loves to show round photos she has on her phone of them both naked in a bubble bath."
A pal told us: "They went on a date and Caroline was impressed when he picked her up in a big car, but she said he just wasn't cool enough for her.
"The big loves of Caroline's life have all been cool music DJs, like Alex Zane. He was her ideal man and she was obsessed with him."
They also dated in 2006-a year after she had the hots for Radio 1 star Colin Murray.
"She fell for Colin who she met when they both worked on a poker show," said the pal. "Then there were flings with Steve Jones, Russell Brand and Noel Fielding from The Mighty Boosh. Caroline was always telling people how kinky Noel was, and sending him flirty texts.
"And she loves to brag about dating Robbie Williams. She says she met him through his best friend Jonathan Wilkes, whose wife used to be a dancer with Caroline.
"She loves to recall how on one date they had beans on toast back at Robbie's flat. She thinks that's hilarious. She says they went on to have several dates although they only ever cuddled and never had sex.
"After Robbie, Caroline claimed she had a one-night stand with his buddy, the actor Max Beesley."
Her dates with Robbie Williams, Max Beesley, Steve Jones, Russell Brand and Jack Osbourne were all pre-2005.
"Caroline's a massive flirt and knows how to attract a man," added her friend. "She likes to feel that every man in the room is drawn to her and that she can have whoever she wants. And she normally can. She loves to show off how flexible she is and can lift her leg up past her ear in a vertical splits position. Men go mad for it.
"She's extremely touchy-feely and at music festivals she'salways the one sitting on someone's shoulders. For Caroline it's all about the thrill of the chase. And if there's a famous man in the room she can't help herself, she HAS to feel she's attracted him." As the presenter of Sky 1's Gladiators stunning Caroline, 29, won over an army of male viewers with her jawdropping hourglass figure and good looks. And they worked their magic on 24-year-old Prince Harry too.
She is the opposite of his posh ex Chelsy Davy. Most evenings Caroline can be found propping up the bar in the famous Hawley Arms pub in Camden, where her best friend Josie Naughton is head barmaid.
There her drinking buddies include Amy Winehouse, Razorlight's Johnny Borrell, Noel Fielding and Pete Doherty. Rather than chic West End clubs, Caroline prefers all-night parties where revellers are often high on drugs as well as booze.
Pictures show her staring bleary-eyed at the camera, make-up smudged and hair mussed on raucous nights out.
In other snaps she puts on a raunchy 'lesbian' dance show with a female pal, caressing each others curves and looking longingly into each other's eyes. Other snaps show Caroline sprawled on the floor. A friend said: "Prince Harry and Caroline are like chalk and cheese but perhaps that's where the attraction lies. He's fascinated by her wild, carefree attitude and rock-chick lifestyle.
"He's not really her type though. She normally goes for cool, grungy Indie musician types.
"But I've only ever known Caroline to date a celebrity. The main criterion is fame.
"And they don't come much more famous than Harry. If he wasn't a royal I doubt she'd be interested."
Until a few weeks ago Caroline's boyfriend was Dave Healy, also known as Dave Danger, the drummer in up-and-coming Indie band The Holloways.
The couple dated for about a year but Dave was abruptly dumped by Caroline to make way for Harry. A pal revealed: "Caroline and Dave's relationship was cemented in the party lifestyle at a squalid flat above a pub where there were always people with drugs. Caroline's a crazy party animal and loves downing potent Spasbomb cocktails which is a mix of Captain Morgan Rum with Red Bull.
"She was always the life and soul of parties and kept going all night. She loved putting on a show for the men, French- kissing and groping girls."
Caroline first set her sights on Harry in 2005 and tried to engineer an introduction when she worked alongside his pal Natalie Pinkham on the Poker Channel. A friend told us: "Caroline didn't have much time for Natalie until she realised the royal connection. Then she set out to cultivate a friendship in the hope of an introduction to Harry.
"It's taken four years to do it but once Caroline targets a man, she'll stop at nothing."
