Just had 2 teeth removed!
 

And the numbing is really annoying me!!
They did an injection on each side of the mouth which was fine and then on the roof of my mouth... that was HORRIBLE :sad: It really hurt on the roof!!

Now i cant speak probably, i feel all numb, im bleeding everywhere and cant eat or drink until 4pm.... and im starving!!! It just isnt my day today!!

And im not aloud to lie down either :conf2: and i cant swallow and i feel like im going to bite my tongue. :sad:

I hate the dentist.

I had one taken out when I was 17, hurts like a bitch after.

Bad times, should feel ok later on though :sad:

The thing it it doesnt hurt (well obviously because its numbed) but its annoying that i cant even lick my lips or drink!! :(

Ita nnoys me, he gave me a sheet of paper of what to do/not to do, and it said "Do not cycle or do any aerobics"... yeahh sure because cycling and aerobics is what i would do as soon as i come out of the dentist :tongue:

Also Do Not Drink Alcohol, sure, because instead of eating and drinking water, my first thing to do is to drink alcohol.... pretty pathetic!!! lol

:hug: it will be later when the local wears off that you will feel it got any painkillers i've had 5 teeth in one go removed and 3 (wisdoms) in a seperate one both times cos i'm a nervous patient i have been under sedation
mashed potato is good as is ice cream for when you are allowed to eat
i think you will be fine to drink to in fact when i have had mine out they encourage it i just use a straw to minamise dribbling

I hate it, and I was told not to eat hot foods for even longer to prevent burning my mouth. My friend ate hot food once whilst numb and he didnt feel how hot it was until it wore off. Then he was in pain.

The pain on the roof of my mouth is starting to kick in :(

Btw whats dry socket??

I heard you get it through drinking through a straw, and i did that earlier!!!
