No, poor Noirin always looks very uncomfortable, but the twit cannot see it and constantly invades her personal space. I think Noirin is undecided whether he is a 'nice' chap or a sleazy git, so until she works it out, she has to be 'nice' back.

He's misreading the signals big time.

I still dont think he's as cynical as Daffodil. I just dont think he has it in him to be like that
