I think they are all aware, to some degree, but Angel is fairly well aware and Charlie in the diary room was 'hamming it up'!!!
An obvious answer is Sophie, but she isn't getting much coverage now!

Sree... he's mentioned the cameras loads of times and I think he's always playing to them.

Sree definately. Quite alot of the time he's looking into the mirrors/cameras whilst talking to other HM's.

But anyone who goes into BB by now and is NOT aware of the cameras must be a bit challenged.

I know the question is who is camera conscious, but some in there are almost unconscious!!
