Would a secret house next door have been a good idea?

Would it have been a good idea by BB to have a secret house next door?
I know they have done this before but as there are only so many twists they can use + I prefer it to the idea of bringing back ex H/mates, even the past winners
Anyone else agree?:thumbs:
