Ofcom receives dozens of complaints about BB [even about the bloody trailer]...!!!
 

So far, 35 complaints have been sent to Ofcom regarding this year's Big Brother.

It was one of the most complained about programmes on TV.

Someone even complained about the trailer saying it contained sex and nudity - how exactly?! :puzzled:

The good thing is that Ofcom has cleared all these complaints, and BB was not in breach at all of the broadcasting code.

One does wonder why Channel 4 are playing it so safe, when every complaint is not being upheld anyways.

Have people nothing better to do really??!!! I read on one thread some people were complaining about the l/f last night, what I can't understand is, why do these peopl stay up watching it? I mean do they watch to look out for anything they can complain about or what!! Bored insomniacs maybe!!??

Yeah, you're right- it's very little compared to previous years like Shilpa-gate.

But it was still the 2nd most complained about programme on TV, only behind Britain's Got Talent!

Mary Whitehouse was a class act, she would complain, even when she hadn't seen something!!! lol

I cannot believe some folk... it makes my blood boil! Did you know 18... yes 18 people complained about the Pepsi advert with Duffy.. you know the one where she sings like Orville and cycles through a supermarket! They complained because she was not wearing reflective clothing and the bike did not have lights! What's wrong with somepeople??

Even if their WAS something to complain about in Big Brother, which their is not, their is no excuse for the utter sad twats who do complain. Just change the channel and get on with your lives, you morons.

It's funny you two should say that, because most of the complaints Ofcom get about BB come from Mediawatch:- which is what the National Viewers And Listeners Association is now called. They often haven't watched the programme.

What are they going to complain about next? A housemates clothes because they are NOT in fashion. People complain about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING, Ges.

Next they might complain about someone wearing white shoes instead of black and be called racist :rolleyes:
