BB Alex was a Freemans catalogue model!

We’ve all heard Big Brother’s Alex Sibley boasting about modelling in a high-profile Armani campaign – but what he’s failed to mention is that he also posed for Freemans catalogue.

Alex is the face of Spring/Summer 2002 menswear for the bargain directory. Frank Connelly, menswear buyer at Freemans, explains: “We chose Alex because he has a very strong look, just right for the brand he was modelling for.”

Alex is seen with long hair, completely different to the spikey ‘do he’s working in the house. He also looks less skinny and has just a tuft of fur under his lower lip, instead of the moustache and beard combo he now sports.

You don’t realise how good a model Alex is until you see him at work – he’s got all the traditional looks down to pat, from staring pensively out of a window to looking into the distance, slightly puzzled. We’ve also tracked down his model-card which shows a variety of looks. He’s pictured scantily clad crawling along the floor, as well as au naturel in his very first Polaroid.

Rumours are now sweeping the country that one of the Big Brother inmates is gay and waiting for the right moment to disclose their sexuality. But if you had money on effeminate Alex being the one about to come out, think again – because heat can exclusively reveal that Alex got cosy with a girl he met on a photo-shoot, and let’s just say she’s in no doubt that he’s 100 per cent heterosexual.

Alex, who plays the didgeridoo, moaned on his Big Brother audition tape that his big break – the Armani campaign – was overshadowed by September the 11th. Still, he’s proving popular with the female housemates – especially Kate and Adele – due to his pretty-boy looks. Then again, they haven’t heard him whinging about people eating the sausages he had his eye on!

The article was obviously written a while ago as Alex certainly isn't popular with Kate any more :laugh: and Adele, despite her initial interest, has now turned her attentions to Lee.

If I'd have just seen then in a mag, I wouldn't have thought twice about them. What a good looking guy he is when he's posing!!!!!!!

Pity he's such a wet fish in real life!

I agree he looks gorgeous in these pics. In the house I don't find him attractive anymore (I did when he first went in) - he just seems to look unhappy and angry all the time and it completely changes what he looks like.

I agree with you, though - he looks much better when he smiles - and to his credit he seems to have cheered up quite a bit today. :colour: :spin2: :colour:
