fairymoon 27-06-2009 06:26 AM

then i think they should tell hm he has died so they dont do anything to upset anyone

HELLIWONTGO 27-06-2009 06:30 AM

Life is full of upsets as you get older you will realise this!
:thumbs2:

Jayson 27-06-2009 06:34 AM

Ofcom brace themselves*

mado 27-06-2009 09:12 AM

have the hm been told about jacko

Zac 27-06-2009 09:19 AM

Hope this is true. A tribute would on BB would be great, and the housemates need to know asap because if BB leaves it too late, they'll just be even more upset knowing he's been dead all that time and they hadn't been told. And they're probably just some of the little people on the planet who don't know right now.

In the papers?
Hmm probably lies then.

*mazedsalv** 27-06-2009 09:43 AM

They should tell them before they start the task just in case they say anything that will upset people.

Or BB could just say "This task is for a tribute for MJ".... and so the word tribute would make them get it, unless you are thick like Sophie and Kris, and dont understand what tribute means..... jokes!

Harry! 27-06-2009 09:51 AM

Another task copy from another series. At least they are doing something.

Mrbomb 27-06-2009 09:54 AM

lol if they dont know and the say or do something WRONG theres going to be trouble

Zac 27-06-2009 09:55 AM

Yep I agree Salv, they should just say something like 'this task is a tribute to Michael Jackson', that way BB wouldn't have to tell them and they'd soon figure it all out for themselves.

Miss-red 27-06-2009 10:09 AM

i don't think they can do it without telling them he has died incase they take the mick etc, i don't think the hms should be told it ruins the whole concept of bb for me if there told anything about the outside world, i understand he was a very big pop star with millions of fans i get that but still they shouldn't be told and i'm not heartless i'm just an old school bb fan

Beastie 27-06-2009 10:11 AM

i think they should tell the housemates michael jackson has died.... its only one piece of information!! not like bb8 when they had quite a lot of information from the outside world....

they should be told!

Treelo 27-06-2009 11:20 AM

Farrah Fawcett went to heaven and GOD gave her a wish... She wished that all the kids in the world to be safe, so GOD granted the wish: Michael Jackson dead.

Daffodil 27-06-2009 11:24 AM

So .. let me get this right ... This Michael Jackson task was planned even before he died??? And if so, it's a terribly unimaginative given that the awful Nicole led a dance thing last year to 'Thriller'. :(

But what if some of the HM aren't a fan of Jacko at all, but are a HUGE massive stalker fan of Farrah, for example? Why tell them about one person, but not another? We can't put a value on life, he's not worth more.

Similarly, Jacko's death won't directly impact any of them - yet the Iranian elections would directly impact Siavash, for example. I'm sure if he got news, he'd rather it be about that rather than a celeb dying.

Because of the subjectivity, they should not be told. It penetrates the whole BB format of no contact with the outside World, and as per the statements above - is unfair.

Fom 27-06-2009 11:47 AM

If this is true then it is extremely risky as they won't know he has just died and they can say all sorts of distasteful stuff...

Daffodil 27-06-2009 12:12 PM

I am hoping this is a 'joke'. Michael Jackson stuff on BB is NOT original.

BBmassive 27-06-2009 12:13 PM

ffs

He has not turned into a saint .........

ILoveTRW 27-06-2009 12:14 PM

imagine if this is true and all the housemates are calling him wacko jacko and a pedophile not realising he is dead
