are you a chav?

own up if you are a chav! lol!

(im not)

Beastie 27-06-2009 12:44 PM

sorry chav is overused but i thought i would settle this chav thing once and for all!

if you are a chav get it out of your system!! LOL

Lauren 27-06-2009 12:45 PM

I always think people misuse the term "chav". It's meant to be a derogatory term for someone else, so to own up to being a chav seems odd.

But no, I'm not one.
Anyone that says they are, probably aren't. lol.

Simone. 27-06-2009 12:46 PM

Definetely not.
The term is overused, but I went to a school full of them.

30stone 27-06-2009 12:47 PM

I spend most of my time in tracksuit bottoms, trainers, and general sportwear.
I have short spikey hair.
and i like basshunter and cascada.

I have been called it a few times on here, im not, people don't even understand the term i don't think.

Edit, and i was once before i dont understand why everyone on here dislikes em so much.

Ohh and im not emo or some little indie child either that sort of dress sence and everythings just as bad.

Beastie 27-06-2009 12:47 PM

yeah there was a lot of chavs at my school as well!

Beastie 27-06-2009 12:48 PM

yeah people need to get to know the person!! before assuming they are a "chav"

Barbie 27-06-2009 12:49 PM

Chav is overused, i think its a person who is ALWAYS in trackies and is antisocial, could be wrong

loads of stuff is accociated with them, getting knocked up, council flats etc not always true though and it is overused

No in my eyes im not a chav

Edit: Vicky Pollard is my definition of Chav

CHAV.

Jayson 27-06-2009 01:09 PM

People assume im a chav cos im black and live in Romford.
I listen to grime music and wear tracksuit bottoms and hoodies alot, and talk abit chavvy, but im not a chav. I prefer chavs to emo's, goths, indie's, grungers, and generally any other 'groups' nowadays.

lol. I hate when you get the ones that self harm lol i find it sad some of them attention lines all down their arms lol.

I just get annoyed how "chav" is the one group that gets singled out, the crowd is always called chavs, when its a bunch of all sorts.

Shaun 27-06-2009 02:58 PM

I don't think I could be any less chav if I tried :(

Fom 27-06-2009 02:59 PM
