If a new H/mate is to stand a chance of winning, when is the latest time for him/her to enter

People keep saying they want new h/mates and they stand a good chance now but would they in 4 weeks time?



I think they need to go in within the next 2 weeks !

I wouldn't go in later than 5 weeks in, people need to see you and either support you or want you out
Also this year is really wide open for a good charactor who can entertain!
