What I like Marcus is that:

a) he's capable of strikingly accurate observation regarding group dynamics and interpersonal relationships, he's quite a fair person, he is genuinely a nice guy (whether you have run into people like him or not, he's the sort you'd want fighting in your corner when the **** hit the fan)

but

b) he's a deeply flawed person.

That's why I like him because he has equal good and bad qualities. It's good to watch. Don't forget that Marcus is being edited poorly this week and that's why most of your opinions have changed since last week (quite predictable, tbh).

I've not liked Marcus from day one.

He's crass and insensitive, but that's different than lacking respect for women altogether. I think he respects women, he just doesn't know how to talk to them.
