Have just come back from a trip to a land where BB does not exist ... AT ALL!!!!!:devil:
I discover , in my horror, that the two BB hmates that I like/identify with/sympathize with the most are the two eldest ..... Roberto and Derek.

On tonites C4 prog (I have no E4!!), I found Kemal objectionable and arrogant ,... HOW oldis he? He really appears to know it all. Lesley? a slut and a bully. Makosi - words fail me. The girls are not females that I recognise at all.. rude, crude, sex obsessed and unintelligent.
I am in the first phase of BB6. I know that it wil be better when only 6 or 7 are left .... but, please.... tears over a make up bag???

where is the need for a semse of humour. The world is nasty enough without 'entertainment' being nasty

I mean Big Brother itself (as in the makers) to get nasty on the housemates. Not the housemates to get nasty :)

Nope not old at all - you sound like you are feeling the same way a lot of us are right now - there is a lot of negative feeling in this years BB which is spoiling it for a lot of us to be honest.

No BL I feel the same way and Lesley and Craig need bringing down a few pegs I agree

Not me , I love all the aggro .... though I reckon a couple of the rows have shown the true not-very-nice colours of one or two house mates .

Roberto's one of my fave housemates , and I find Kemal rude and OTT too .
Derek's comical but sometimes he acts as though he's the authority of the house , and I wonder "why did you bother applying for a show like BB where you're going to be around young ,loud easily excited people ???" .

I am liking Derek more and more though - he is funny and very articulate which stumps people like Lesley - I think we have a lot more to see from this character

I agree with your sentiments too ,blinkin there seems to be a complete lack of respect for the elders of the house..the incident involving Roberto and Kemal was a prime example.I felt Roberto was right to say what he did he give his opinion just like Kemal is always giving his opinion.I felt Roberto did go on a bit too much, but i think he must have been passionate about his belief to have gone on so much.Kemal is the sort of person that will start an argument then at the end come out of it smelling of roses and looking the victim of being bullied.Derek also gets bad press for not running around like a lunatic screaming like a juvenile but he's still more interesting than most of the housemates.

They have all decided to be like someone who did well in previous BBs and are playing up to this. Last year people liked the arguments between housemates so they are doing this, only problem is they are doing it too much.

Practically every time I turn on to watch at least two of them are having a heated argument really about nothing. It spoils the whole thing.

The lot of them need to grow up and realise they have to work together in that house. It will be a terrible atmosphere in there if this carries on.

They are acting like a load of kids and how pathetic of Maxwell to set fire to his pants just because they were Spurs. Hasnt he got a sense of humour!

In defence of Max though he done that cos of his strong feeling for the gooners. i actually like spurs (ok someone got to) and even i can understand why he done it considering the history of the two clubs. BB like to play with peoples emotions then when anything kicks off in there BB are straight in to reprimand people. It's a bit like the authorities giving a yardie a gun and saying be a good boy.

In defence of Roberto, English is not his mother tongue and he has to go the long way round to explain himself :laugh:

Roberto & Derek are the only 2 in there with any common sense, all the rest are a load of idiots, with no respect for themselves, never mind each other !!!!!

LOL, I've just posted in another thread about feeling old (after the amateur porn last night), and Derek would probably be my fave at the moment. (not really liking Roberto though)
