but if you broke his heart then i have no pity

Go and get a new one

one who can do the job probably

Put some music on, lay about in comfortable clothes, waste some time on the laptop, then later, get some chocolate, a nice hot drink and a tub of ice cream and munch over a nice film.
It's what I'd do, be self-indulgent &get it outta your system :]
