The eviction will happen later in the show.

So the person being evicted will get to meet the new housemates for a few minutes.

Perhaps Noiris the front runner to go out and they want to give a bloke a chance to crack on to her infront of marcus before she goes thus creating some conflict between marcus and the newbie!

You know what Marcus is like, he called Federico a dick when he couldn't even hear anything he was saying, he just thought he was a dick because he was talking to Noirin and he was jealous!
