Best ways to make yourself tired??
Okay, I need away to make myself more tired because I always go to bed really late (not really that late tbh) and i never manage to sleep lol. I want to be able to go to sleep easier?Is there a way?? I think the main reason is cause I am at my grandads house now and i am just really paraniod about hearing/seeing things. Is there a way to stop this? I already listen to my ipod and wear an eye mask :whistle::whistle: but yeah.

Buy a film called Edge of love.. its so ****ing boring..... i felt tired watching it!

been told warm milk or hot chocolate is meant to make you sleepy :/ drink something like that while watching something completely boring....like emmerdale. or reading in bed. zzz. sometimes a hot shower makes me sleepy...dont know if it actually works or if its just me!

To my knowledge...
Warm milk, ( i think most dairy products ) Turkey ( poultry in general i think but mostly turkey ) They release a chemical called L-Tryptophan its an amino acid.. Basically it should make you more drowsy, hence why people always feel tired after christmas dinner. Reading a book and having a bath should also help :bouncy: |
